position.
Description:
In-house project manager who can do the following:
– Interact with customers to receive work and solve problems
– Receive work requests and produce estimates
– Enter project data into project management system
– Interact with translators and interpreters to place work
– Deliver finished products to customers
– Collect and process information on new translators and interpreters
– Various other duties related to the above
The ideal candidate will fit the following profile:
– Native speaker of Japanese, excellent written and spoken business
Japanese
– English ability a plus
– Highly communicative to keep everyone informed
– Computer literate
– Comfortable with high volumes of email and Web-based work
– Able to organize complex projects
– Great people skills
– Detail-oriented
– Works well under pressure
– Good time-management skills
– Flexible, able to change gears to handle multiple tasks
– Reliable
Starting salary 200,000 yen/month.
