Our mission is to provide our clients with translation and related language services of the highest quality, with the goal of enabling clear and effective communication across linguistic and cultural boundaries. We are fast, focused, flexible, and friendly. Our top priorities are maintaining the highest levels of output quality, meeting every deadline, and responding to the specific requirements of each client. In order to maintain the highest level of translation quality, we take great care to match each job with a translator who possesses the required subject specialization. We only use translators who are native speakers of the target (output) language, and also enforce a strict sequence of checking, revision, and editing, in which the translator's work is rigorously critiqued and polished by other language professionals. By following this process, we produce translation work which we believe is as close to perfect as humanly possible. Although our core business remains translation between Japanese and English, we also cover most of the world's major languages and offer a range of other services—including interpreting, editing, and DTP. |
